Hi I’m Ouda. I help life science professionals focus on what works to stand out and secure their dream jobs in a competitive market.

My Story
Over the years, I’ve taken a unique path, from life sciences to recruitment.
I started with a pharmacy degree at the German University in Cairo. Then I moved to Germany for my master’s studies. During this time, I became curious about exploring fields beyond science.
I took on multiple student jobs, including roles in recruitment, where I could interact with people and learn about different industries.
That’s when I discovered something surprising.
I realized I wanted to pursue recruitment further.
After finishing my studies, I made a bold decision: I left science to go all-in on recruitment.
I started at EPM Scientific as a recruitment consultant, helping pharmaceutical companies in the DACH region find top talent. Later, I joined AMBOSS, a med-tech startup, as an in-house recruiter. These experiences gave me the full picture of recruitment, from both agency and in-house perspectives.
But there’s something I’ve noticed in my years of hiring.
Many candidates, especially in the life sciences, lack the practical education needed to successfully navigate the selection process.
You might have technical skills that are a 10/10, but if your job search approach is only a 5/10, you’re missing out on countless opportunities.
And the problem? LinkedIn is flooded with fluffy advice.
Tips like “network more” or “stand out from the crowd” sound good, but they rarely provide the actionable guidance you need to see real results. That’s why I take a different approach.
I provide real-life, tactical examples you can apply immediately, without wasting time. My approach is about focusing on the 20% of tasks that get you 80% of the results. From crafting resumes that stand out to using LinkedIn as a recruiter magnet, I teach job seekers in life sciences how to work smarter, not harder.
My mission is simple:
To help life science professionals stand out, get noticed, and secure roles they love, without the fluff.
If you’re ready to focus on what works and get results, let’s get started.
